Pick up

There is an option for Pick-up if you are in the local area. We will send you details of pick-up location when the order has been completed, and arrange a date and time. We ask that when you arrive at the location that you stay in your vehicle, and we will bring out your order to you.

Delivery

The deliveries will be by Australia Post. Please check the Australia Post website for details.

We do not take responsibility or refund for delays in deliveries. Please keep this in mind for major occasions. 

We do not accept responsibility once the parcel has been delivered to the address. If there are any specific delivery instructions, please advise when placing the order. The parcel will be left at the front door if no one is home and safe to do so.

 Australia Post per parcel up to 5kg:

• Up to 500g -   $10.60
• 500g to 1kg -  $14.50
• 1kg to 3kg -    $18.25
• 3kg to 5kg -    $21.95
