Returns
We do not offer any returns for gifts being delivered (or pick up) to the receiptient without damages.
If Items are broken or out of date, then please contact miniwrapss@gmail.com as soon as the product is received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any perishable goods are exempt from being returned. Please send photos to miniwrapss@gmail.com
The cost of returning the product is at your own expense. The cost of the return must be trackable such as Registered Post, this at your own cost.
Gifts with personalisation, and gifts that are customised requests are not able to be returned as they are customised to your specification.
